Shipping, Returns, & Order Policies

At Dick’s Tactical, we follow all Federal, State, and Local guidelines when shipping firearms and firearm components (mostly relevant to DT Gun Spa products, stay tuned).

Processing & Shipments

Orders placed through our website are typically processed within 3-5 business days (With the exception of apparel as we print these on demand 1 to 2 times per month). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your gear's journey.

Notifications & Emails

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email including:

  • Products ordered

  • Shipping address

  • Total charges

  • Order number (save this for any questions or updates)

Once your order has shipped, a second email will be sent with:

  • Shipping status

  • Method used

  • Tracking number

Shipping Methods

We ship domestically via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Method is selected based on destination, weight, and cost. If UPS is used, note: they only deliver Monday through Friday.

You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. You can stalk your package at: www.ups.com/tracking

Prices & Availability

We aim to keep our website prices accurate and up-to-date, but stuff changes.
We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors (even post-checkout)

  • Update product availability

  • Cancel or adjust orders in the rare event of a major glitch or inventory hiccup

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear. But if something’s off:

You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Include a copy of your order receipt.
All returns are inspected on arrival.

Return Notes:

  • Light wear or blemishes? A 25% restocking fee will be applied. (Subtracted from your total)

  • Heavily damaged or incomplete returns? Sorry, no refund.

  • Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is on the buyer unless:

    • We shipped the wrong item

    • The product was defective out of the box

Third-Party Products

This return policy applies only to orders placed directly through our website. If you bought from a third-party dealer, you’ll need to work with them directly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gun Oil/Lube (Loadout Lotion)

  • DT Gun Spa or Custom Shop work

  • Clearance and limited drops

  • Anything that’s been “heavily tested” in your backyard sandbox

Order Changes & Cancellations

eMail us at Richard.Enballs@DicksTactical.com ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll make the change. You go chase the mailman.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. 

International Orders

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. International fold, we see you. You’ll get your hands Dick’s soon enough.

Processing Delays

During product drops, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer. We’re not Amazon. We’re a bunch of guys with CNC machines and dreams AND we’ll do our best to keep you posted if anything’s running late.
